The place is good in terms of proximity to all services and the beach since I took my family and the worker there was very nice but there was no Wi-Fi but everything is good

I think it needs some updating. No Wi-Fi, narrow bathrooms

The security of the apartment front door and downstairs front door. The apartment having its own facilities.

The decor was a bit miss match, the mattress was very uncomfortable.

We liked the location. The apartment setting was not great, but we made it work for us. Curtis, the warden was really good. He did everything to help us when he we requested anything.

The apartment was not fully ready for us. However, Curtis sorted it.

Carl the house manager was brilliant he couldn't of done enough for us, I went we 3 older teenagers and there was enough space for 5, pleasure beach and water park and the beach on your doorstep what else could you want, local shops less than a minute walk away,

There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

Good location. Comfortable

Curtain and rail missing in living room. Was told it would be replaced that day but never was . Not good as I was sleeping on bed settee . No basics like dish cloth, tea towel or toilet brush. Toilet seat did not fit toilet so no use for the children. Not enough parking for number of rooms

within 8 mins walking distance to Pleasure Beach, parking available at front or rear of property which was really handy. apartment has most things you need and fully equipped kitchen but could do with few other items such as chopping boards. the room was tidy and seemed to have recently been re-decorated however for some reason the new carpets were a bit sticky (maybe just been cleaned and not fully dried yet) and bathroom door could not be shut. Host was really friendly and always available should you require assistance. overall had an excellent experience and very good value and would stay again.
