"Very clean and newly renovated"

The room is shiny clean and everything looks brand new. The studio is 2 min walk to the beach and the bus station, extremely convenient also since Agios Prokopios is within walk distance but the studio is in a quiet alley so good to rest at night.

Even it’s summer but since I am not used to the AC it would be nice to have a thicker blanket provided just in case we need to use.

Eva es una mujer muy amable y hospitalaria, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Muy amorosa. El lugar está a 100mt de la playa, inmejorable. Todo muy luminoso, limpio y cómodo.

The studio was perfect: very clean, practical and in an excellent location close to the beach while still being tucked away from the noise and crowds. Eva is a sweet and kind host who genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort. Her hospitality alone deserves a 10/10. Highly recommended!

The room is very comfortable and clean ! You’re close to the beach (less than 5min away), the bus stop (very practical if you don’t want to rent a car), and many good restaurants. Thank you Eva for your hospitality, we loved our stay in Naxos !

Η τοποθεσία

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απαράδεκτο,, εξώπορτα παλαιού τύπου με χερούλι που ανοιγε και απ,εξω ,με τζαμι που το έκρυβε ένα κόκκινο πανι.Ζεστο νερό την πρώτη δέν υπήρχε, ωστόσο αφού ενημερώσαμε την οικοδέσποινα, άναψε το θερμοσίφωνα .Δεν ήρθε κανείς για να μαζέψει τα απορρίμματα ,ούτε να αλλάξει πετσετες. Σημειωτέον ότι ο κάδος απορριμμάτων δεν είχε καπάκι, με ο,τι αυτό συνεπάγεται. Το δωμάτιο ήταν στο ισόγειο και Έπρεπε να είμαστε πολύ προσεκτικοί κατά την έξοδο διότι δεν υπήρχε πεζοδρόμιο.
