Great location with lovely views of the river. Breakfast was included and was delicious.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not air conditioned and Switzerland was experiencing a heat wave. The rooms were uncomfortably warm in the afternoon. The hotel did supply fans which managed to circulate the hot air.

The breakfast was fantastic! There was fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, juices, eggs, sausages and a coffee machine. Everyone in our group of 7 were satisfied with breakfast. The rooms facing the river are so peaceful and have everything you need. The staff were extremely helpful when we asked about booking a ferry and the cleaning staff were so friendly. This was our favorite hotel on our 2 week vacation throughout Europe.

A lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Breakfast was fantastic as were the staff.

It was very hot during our stay. We appreciated the fans provided but air conditioning was needed really.

Extremely clean and beautifully located hotel, with friendly staff, and airy and well designed rooms. Room with a balcony overlooking the river was a lovely way to enjoy the city. Breakfast was generous with many options.
