Excellent location and helpful front desk staff

Great location and really good vibes

Good location, clean hotel.

Our allotted room has no view.

First of all, let me say that whenever I come back to Luzern, I will stay at this hotel again. We were in room 104 and we loved it. We were a family of 4 adults and our room was a double room. Sure, the bathroom outside of the bedroom was an "inconvenience", but that did not bother us at all. We took the train from Zurich and we had 4 big suitcases. We walked on our way to the hotel from the trainstation, but I took an uber back when I checked out because it was not the easiest walking on the pavements with luggage, but the walk from the hotel to the train station was 7-10 minutes max, and a VERY PLEASANT walk. There are plenty of dining options close to the hotel, and we even used a laundromat one day that's super close. Staff is super cordial and were helfpul providing ideas of where to eat. If you are getting on the boat to Vitznau, Weggis, etc. The only minor recommendation was that even though the breakfast was AWESOME, after eating the same breakfast for 5 days I was a bit "tired". So, that my recommendation would be that they mix things up a bit, not a big deal for me though. Thank you for an AMAZING stay. Can't wait to return.

Senti falta de um frigobar. O quarto não conta com ar condicionado, não senti falta porque estava frio, mas acredito que no calor deve fazer falta.

Ótima localização, próximo a atrações turísticas e 15min a pé da estação de trem. Ponto de ônibus bem próximo ao hotel. De frente para o rio, nosso quarto tinha uma linda vista para as montanhas. Café da manhã bom! Funcionários da recepção simpáticos, nos indicarem bem como chegar nas atrações turísticas e também nos indicaram bons restaurantes para jantar

"Absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great location, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend!"

The location was perfect!

There was construction going on right outside our windows. The old city wall is being repaired with jack hammers and hammers constantly being used from early in the morning until 4-5pm. I think the hotel should have told us this was the case when we booked our hotel, as we would have probably asked for a different room or stayed at another hotel.
