Heat pump warmed it up nicely.

The place was dirty. Walls had grubby hand prints all over them, shower was filfy could tell it was desperate for a scrub, the smell of urine was in the toilet and would not go away. The toilet seat was way to small for the toilet. The shower has no water pressure and a mind of its own. The fridge does not come with the small freezer. Pillows on the bed were a brick. Under the beds had used tissues and other rubbish under them. The sliding doors do not seal and made a draft when windy. The main door lock sometimes did not work without jiggling the key. When pool was disgustingly kept. There was wet dirty towels there in The same spot for days. Hot tub smelled and had a horrible green ring around it. The windows were green and not very well ventilated. Only supplied 1 towel and if ask for another we were told no because we had 1 towel.

Pool and games room shut way to early, website said different time to what they had written on door. Kids were disappointed after a big day and afternoon of sport not to have a swim, this was at 7pm and pool was shut. Not 9pm as stated on website and in room books.

Key did not fit pool room only 2 towels for 3 guests heater did not work properly very cold wet night no heat I had to be in hospital 6.45 next morning had no sleep was freezing all night only 1 spare blanket
