I was reading some other negitive reviews and I agree with all of them. But also reading the replies from the owners/managers.. I understand you have spent money to put new TV's and heatpumps in which is really good. But. The state of the room /bathroom is really shocking. We went and bought our own towels and bedding because they were all stained and had big stripes of mud stain on them. There is a sign next to the bathroom that says "it will cost $20 to $50 to replace a towel if you have stained it but I used the bath mat just to dry the floor after showers and it was black underneath.. Maybe trying to cheat customers for towel replacement fee? Unsure.. Also the big window the length of the bathroom wall is no good. If you use the loo through the night the whole room lights up. I don't know what you could do to fix that but it is annoying. Would be an OK room if the cleaning standards were higher.

Pool shut at 6.30pm but website said otherwise. Showers were lukewarm warm at hottest of a night. Had trouble unlocking door.

Reception girl was lovely

Room smelt like sewerage. We had to sleep with sheet over our mouths because of the foul odour. The pillow cases had black mould spots. One light above bed not working. Something sticky on bathroom floor.
