The property was so close to the lifts and the centre for all shops, apres, and restaurants, modern property with a bath and showers and two toilets! Perfect for group trip!

Excellent location to access lifts, close to town centre but very quiet. Good facilities. Coffee machine so need pods. Well sized basement ski room with boot warmers in private lockers. We were able to leave our luggage in the ski room so we could ski before travelling to airport. The ski room has a private shower. The property is well maintained and is very clean. Good open WiFi. Smart tv. Sofa bed comfortable.

Great place in a location near the center. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and responsive. I messaged them in the booking app to refill the soap and they refilled it in less than one hour !

The apartment which was in the top floor had a triangular roof and at the sides it was a bit low. This was annoying in the toilet. Shouldn't be an issue in other rooms. The bed in the kids room was a bit small for two people.

The location is great and the flats were nice.

Our experience was completely ruined by the way we were treated at the end. We accidently damaged the kitchen counter with a hot pan, which we informed them of and said we would pay for once we received a proper quote. In response, they were extremely rude to us, were pressuring us to pay an arbitrary amount up front without a proper quote, called the police and tried to block our transfer from leaving. We reluctantly paid their arbitrary fee with the promise that a proper quote would be provided within days - upon multiple requests for the quote, they still have not done anything a month later. Additionally, a cleaner entered the flats without prior notice during the week, which is a complete invasion of privacy.

Very spacious apartments. We liked the location. Someone will empty the trash once in the two days and in the middle of the week we got fresh towels. The ski lockers are superb, with ventilation included! Very nice! Even the sofa bed was okay!

No reception... This is no problem, but it would be nice to recieve at least a welcoming brochure with some info about the appartment. Like the ski lockers and that you have to pay the cleaning costs at a different place...

kitchen was a bit dark.

Great location at the end of the pedestrian street and really close to the Bernkogel lift. And even closer yet to one of the slopes where you can end the day (Blue 152). Roomy and fresh interior. Very good ski-room with efficient driers.

Expensive - but otherwise, nothing really to blame!
