"Very good service and staff"

8.0

I don't regret that stayed in this hotel. The breakfast consists of - several kinds of olives and sausages, cucumbers and tomatoes, cheese, cereal with milk, tea, coffee, honey, strawberry jam, peanut butter, - I think it is very good for breakfast. The staff is very kjnd and participate in solving of any of your problems, even if it is not a problem as the hotel. Located in the heart of the city - the place is very beautiful and it is very easy to find if you get lost walking around the city, as it was once with me. There are are two beaches nearby - east beach (it is closer to the hotel) and Cleopatra Beach (it a bit further). I strongly advise you to visit the beach of Cleopatra, despite the fact that it is farther away from the hotel, because he is considered the best beach in Alanya. Just a short walk away is the bay and the famous red tower, which is a symbol of the city, and the old town. But there is an unpleasant impression of the hotel. The room they gave me overlooking the side of the city where the night was in full swing club life. Therefore, it was very difficult to sleep. But I bought ear plugs in the near pharmacy, and the problem became solved.

"Very nice hotel with good location"

10.0

We stayed in this hotel around 8 days and were very satisfied. The location is perfect, it is in the heart of Alanya. The symbol of Alanya (8-cornered tower) and the harbour and all the bars and shops are in the neighbourhoods. Our room was rather small, but we had a balcony and a nice view to the harbour. The room was always very clean (Temiz means clean in Turkish) and the breakfast was nice too. We had an air-conditioner and it worked well, as well as TV and minibar and hair dryer. Our trip was very economic (a packet-trip) and this hotel was a 2-star-hotel but i would certainly give 3 stars. The personnel was friendly. We left our stuff in our room and nothing (money or computer or other stuff) was stolen. During the night the sounds of night life were quite loud but it didn't disturb us. If one wants to go swimming, one can walk to the Kleopatra beach or to the other beach, Keykubad. However, these 2 beaches are not right next to the hotel, but minimum 600 m from the hotel, but the harbour with the ruins of the castle is close to Temiz hotel and we were snorkelling in the sea around the old dockyard and were happy with it. I can recommend this hotel especially to young people who like to party. For us it was perfect!

"Rıp-Off Turkey"

2.0

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (Aug 1/2nd) it by all means is no Hilton but was classified as 2-3star. We booked this hotel as it was very central. The rooms are very small, just about fits 2 beds, bathroom was very old and it took around 10mins to get the water temp right. The rooms suffer poor lighting - in fact when we asked for the bulb to be replaced as it was not even working we were told that was not possible until tomorrow and did not get replaced at all. Breakfast is "available" but no coffee or juice, the only thing we got was cheese and some salad!! On our last evening we went to bed around 4am after a hard nights partying we woke to find that we had been robbed!!!! Our mobile phones, watch and some cash had been stolen whilst we were sleeping in the room-what a cheek. The room doors only lock from the inside so closing the door is simply not enough to stop anybody opening the room door whilst in the room, yes maybe we should have locked the door but be ware that people in Turkey se this as nothing wrong! grrr.... Once we told the reception they acted dumb so maybe an inside job. Drinking in bars/clubs in Alanya/Side/Antala proved to be a very expensive night out. One price for tourists and one for locals, we paid 36liras for 2 vodkas with lemonade = approx 16 pounds this all ends up a very expensive night if you fancied a drink or 2. Food in restaurants were also not very cheap, dinner for 2 sets you back 30 pounds with no alcaholic drinks. We set off to Antalya and went to a water park I left my flip flops (half decent ones paid 20 pounds in Australia) for 5 mins unattended to go on a slide and came back to nothing!! Spent rest of day in bare feet!! So all in all if you want to get ripped-off and robbed go to Turkey.
