Mandilaria Studios

My husband and I were very happy with our stay at Mandilaria Studios. Check in was very easy. It is a small complex and they were ready and waiting for our arrival. The pool area was as depicted. Very nice set up. Nice clean rooms and shower a decent size. Wifi connections worked well. We also liked the location of the Studios. In a quiet part of Santorini away from the busy/touristy areas. We rented a car so travel to all locations in Santorini was easy. Would recommend.

A nice friendly place to stay. Staff friendly with special thanks to Stelios who was very helpful. The distance to nearest restraunts was 30 mins walk as i am a poor walker.only downside of a very pleasant stay. .

From the moment we arrived, we were met by friendly reception staff who escorted us to our room. Lovely clean, spacious, bottle of water left in fridge for us. Fab superking bed which was great. Nothing was an issue to ask at reception from helping us with tour booking to making gorgeous frappe by the clean & immaculately kept pool area. Room was cleaned daily, sheets & fresh towels. Supermarket & bus stop 3 mins away...5* & would definitely like to return.

Meticulous property. Clean towels daily. Helpful and knowledgeable owner. Family run. Two minute walk to supermarket and snackbar/restaurant (others close by). Bus stop one minute away. Beach 20 min walk. Excellent base!

Overall, we were highly satisfied with the service as the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and it was quite a distant walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The buses are unreliable and always late, therefore we wish we would have chosen a more centrally located hotel. It is located right next to a grocery store, which is convenient. The room itself was very nice, as was the pool.

We had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived at Mandilaria Studios from Stelios The studios were a great value place to stay when we spent a week in Santorini. The beaches and cafes of Perissa are a few minutes away by car, and Fira and other villages easily accessible from this location. Stelios gave us some good advice and information about the island without pushing trips or selling which we really appreciated. The room was a ground floor budget studio and to this end was basic but provided all we needed for our week. The main thing is it was fresh and clean, with a good sized and hot shower, fridge to keep the drinks chilled, ample parking and good WiFi connection too. A supermarket, with keen prices, is a two minute walk from the studios. Good for cheese and all the basics - though we did tend to eat out with so many restaurants and cafes over the island. Based on the ground floor, we could sit on the verandah facing the front garden, see a little sea and the mountain. One of the best things is the pool, which by Santorini standards, is a good size and private to the studios. We had the pool to ourselves nearly every time we swam and could dry off under the parasols and sun loungers. We would definitely recommend as a good value base for a holiday on this beautiful island.

My family stayed at Mandilaria Studios for 5 days. It is a lovely property in a quiet area. We were able to get anywhere on the island within 30 minutes by car, and there is also a bus stop right at the end of the road. Rooms are spacious and clean and include a small kitchen area with sink, fridge, and hot plate if you want to cook. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk to the end of the road. The pool and lounge area is beautiful and we spent many mornings there enjoying breakfast and Greek coffee. Great place for kids or families traveling together - lots of space to gather and enjoy each other's company.
