Tesisin konumu ve çalışanlarının yardımseverliği güzeldi. Tesisin etrafı çarşı merkeze yakın hareketli bir otel.

Öncelikle kaldığım ilk oda, otelin ana bina tarafında en dipteydi. Hemen yanında restoran girişi bulunuyordu ve diğer odalara da bakıyordu. Çocuklu bir seyahatte sabah 05:30 itibarıyla bu odanın çevresinde hayat başlıyor ve tekrar uyumak mümkün olmuyor. Rahatsızlığımı dile getirdiğimde otel personeli gerçekten yardımcı oldu; bana gösterebilecekleri tüm alternatif odaları sundular. Ancak, otel oldukça eski bir bina. Yenilenmiş olsa da yapı itibarıyla rutubetli. Odamı değiştirdikten sonra kaldığım odada, klimanın yanında yumruk büyüklüğünde yuvarlak bir küf lekesi fark ettim. Bunun sağlık açısından ne kadar zararlı olduğunu bildiğim için, son gece benim için uyumak oldukça zor oldu. Şimdiye kadar birçok konaklama deneyimim oldu. Ancak Booking üzerinden beş yıldızlı olarak gözüken bu tesiste, gerek ortak kullanım alanları gerekse binanın genel kondisyonu açısından beş yıldızlı bir otel hissini alamadım.

We booked an Executive Club Suite expecting a 5-star standard, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short. The décor was outdated, the room felt dark and basic, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The website’s images are highly misleading, presenting a far more polished impression than what we encountered on arrival. Despite marketing themselves as family-friendly, the resort does not cater well to children. There is no dedicated kids’ menu, children under 12 are not allowed in the main pool, and the “kids’ pool” is extremely small. The atmosphere was also disappointing – staff appeared disengaged and unwelcoming, which added to the overall negative experience. We had booked for five nights but felt compelled to leave after just one night and relocate to another 5-star property nearby that delivered on its promises. The only positive is the location, which is undoubtedly beautiful and likely the reason for its current status. As frequent international travellers, we cannot understand how this property can legitimately market itself as a true 5-star resort. I don’t understand what I’m missing and why the reviews are glowing. I do have a suspicion that guests are “encouraged” to leave positive reviews.
