Excellent location and clean room.

Not Flexible for checkout timings. No provision to keep the luggage after check out till evening makes you carry the whole luggage if you plan to cover anything on the last day.

Breakfast was fantastic Location was right by the beach Joanne was really friendly..check In & out was smooth. High street and restaurants in walking distance too which was fabulous!

Lovely guest house in a great position, couple of minutes walk from the promenade. Spotlessly clean. Joanne the host was very welcoming. Full range of breakfast options, which were delicious. Would definitely return.

The little touches in the bathroom. Having a jar full of makeup wipes, cotton pads, ear plugs, emergency sewing kit and etc.. as well as the milk in the fridge for the morning cuppa tea, chocolate and water. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Check in was so late around 3pm and check out was early at 10am but was able to check in a little bit earlier

The guest house is immaculately clean beautiful presented and the beds are the best I have ever slept in. It’s my second visit and I plan to take my family next year. If I could rate this house I would give it a 20 rating I love staying there is close to the beach, shops x

Absolutely nothing

This little gem of a bed and breakfast is amazing. Joanne really does think of absolutely everything. The accommodation is 2 mins from the beach and pier, 5 mins from the city centre and public transport is within walking distance. The breakfast is out of this world. My husband and I chose to have breakfast every day, and we were not disappointed. For the price, you get more than enough. The fry up was cooked to perfection. The eggs were perfect. Our room was beautiful. Joanne thinks of everything. This lady really does go above and beyond. The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge, and overall, the room was spotless. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was to the highest of standard. Joanne takes great pride in this business, and she definitely deserves the recognition of being one of the best in the hospitality business. We will be back next year with the kiddies. Thank you for making out honeymoon the best.

It was spotlessly clean . Good location . Joanne couldn’t do enough for anyone . Great value for money . Big comfy beds and all the little extras free and a good hearty breakfast at an extra cost .
