Joanne was a really good host, even went above and beyond, always professional and with a smile, very welcoming, honestly all round lovely stay will absolutely recommend to family and friends. Bed was so comfy, room was just right for what we needed, shower was just the best! Can't fault the room or stay at all we will be back!

Not a long enough stay!

Joanne was so welcoming and friendly. Great communication after booking through to check in. Room was lovely, big bed, tea and coffee making facilities, great shower and toiletries 😁 Location very close to the beach and bars and restaurants

Friendly and helpful host.

Joanne and Rory gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Gave guidance on local amenities, parking and dining. Lent us a brolly as it was raining. Close to beach and pier.

All good especially given location and price. A warm and comfy room.

The stay was lovely but we got asked for additional costs when we got there… for our baby… we were also told they do not take under fives even though we put this on our booking..

The location was ideal as it is a few minutes walk from the Pier and the bed was really comfortable. The room was nice, clean and was well aired Friendly host

Very clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, lovely breakfast, good location.

We didn't have breakfast we were room only but that was great it had all we needed was clean and comfortable
