Paid for a deluxe double but put in a small single. Told the person in charge said she was gonna move me but never did

Being told I had to pay extra to plug my wheelchair ♿️ in and had to leave the place at 9am not b4 and back no later then 5.45 or I won't get help to get my wheelchair in. I was told of because I was 10 minutes early. I had 6 hours out b4 I needed to get bus back because if I was late, there would be no one to help me get my wheelchair in the b&b. I had to also help lift the chair, I hurt bad and didn't have a nice holiday at all absolutely disgusting behaviour to a disabled person. Not once did she asked if I had a good day.

I liked the room, but was told I had to pay £15 to plug in my wheelchair, also I had to leave at 9am and get back b4 6pm as no ramp even though she knew I was disabled. So no help lifting my chair untill these times.

I am disabled and had to help lift my chair. Dissemination there. I definitely never staying there again.

Advertised as Bed & Breakfast but no breakfast provided. Room had stud wall separating bed from toilet/shower, hence making the room smaller.
