Location thats it

The place has a strong smell of Joss sticks when you enter, my main grievance is at 10.30pm the heating in room goes off we did not get back to our room till after 11pm so was freezing all night not acceptable you are by the coast even the car was reading minus 4 you expect a warm room . . No plug sockets near beds
