"We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to anyone. The only downside was no breakfast but plenty of eating places"

The situation was very convenient for the bus station, the railway station , Tesco and very close to the centre of town, the sea front, bars and restaurants. Couldn’t be more central.

Just the fact we had a twin room which unfortunately was up two flights of stairs. Peter was very willing (😜) to carry our bags up and down the stairs.

"Perfect filey retreat"

Upon arriving from Belfast with my partner. Was met with the owner who was very quick to tell us everything we needed to know about the area. The best chip shop. Where the promenade and (cardiac Hill) was lol. And great knowledge of other food places and promotions they had going. Room was amazing. Especially the large ceiling fan with the very warm weather. Slept like a baby lol. Location great. Thank you from Connor and Diane.

Lovely guesthouse in Filey, near to Tesco and bus station. Comfortable bed, clean, ideal for our last minute 2 night stay, booked because of the good weather forecast. We very much enjoyed our stay and the price for our 2 nights was excellent. Lovely couple who own the property. We would stay again if it was available.
