I like the Riad located it is very close

The price did not reflect the quality of the Riad. When we first saw it on Booking.com, we expected something larger, more luxurious, or at least with a bit of a “wow” factor. Unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. The service was quite slow. We contacted Yassin about the TV not working, hoping to relax after a long, rainy day, but it was never fixed during our 4-day stay. Our travel adapter was also short-circuited when we plugged it in. While Lumia kindly offered us a spare, when we reported the issue to Christian, we were told to buy one ourselves as it was “cheap” despite it being 10pm at night and heavily raining outside. Additionally, it was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com that the hot tub would be closed. We only found out after asking, and were told it would not open until May which was one of the main reasons we chose this Riad Overall, the price of an extra €10 breakfast per person per day, felt excessive considering you can find better riads with breakfast included for better value or step out for some authentic Moroccan breakfast in the medina. During our trip, we met other travellers who showed us where they were staying and how much they had paid, they were genuinely surprised at how much we had spent in comparison. In our opinion, it was not worth it.

Nous avons passez un excellent petit séjour à Fès dans la maison d’hôtes de Christian- Stéphane qui était très accueillant et sympathique. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le personnel était professionnel et gentil. L’emplacement de la maison était parfait. Je recommande vivement La Maison Maure.

J’ai particulièrement aimé l’accueil chaleureux et l’hospitalité exceptionnelle de toute l’équipe. Lamiaa et Jalila ont été adorables et toujours aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour. Le riad est magnifique, très propre, calme et parfaitement entretenu, ce qui rend l’expérience très agréable et reposante. Le petit déjeuner préparé par Lamiaa était délicieux et généreux, un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin. Je suis repartie ravie de cette expérience et je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.

Établissement 5 étoiles ! Qualité exceptionnelle, que ce soit le personnel , le Riad le p’tit dej , tout est juste parfait !

Ce qui m’a particulièrement plus c’est déjà les chambres qui sont très spacieuses, ce qui est assez rare dans les Riad à Fès , la déco respectent la tradition de Fès et en même temps n’est pas chargé et le personnel c’est juste parfait

The room style was decorated beautifully and there was a rooftop that looked over other rooftops that had a beautiful view. Great location, very close to the start of the medina shops and stalls. The staff was accommodating and helped us with our laundry.

They do not have a functioning rooftop pool while we were there. This was a main point of why I booked this location. Also, both rooms we book on booking were not the same rooms as we were given. They put me on the phone with a manager saying their one of the options of rooms, but not necessary our room. That was not stated on Booking. We booked the Deluxe Suite with a terrace and were downgraded to a smaller room with only the community terrace, but without a change in price.

Our room with rooftop views overlooking Fes were spectacular! The host was so welcoming, attentive and really made our stay memorable. A few minutes walk to the main medina and a car park less than 5 minutes walk. Overall a great stay and we would definitely return when visiting Fes again. Thank you so much!

It was great

Sehr stylisch eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Sehr nett ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen zu haben. Das Zimmer hatte Fenster, was mir auf der Marokko Reise gefehlt hat.

Das Frühstück wurde uns sehr hochgepriesen, aber nach meinem Eindruck überteuert. Es war gut und qualitativ, jedoch für das was dabei war, zu teuer.

Riad elegante, centrale ed accogliente. Molto consigliato
