Very disapointed with entertainment absolutely nil in bar . Even a bit of background music would be ok. It is like an operating theatre. No atmisephere whatsoever. No library to et or exchange books. Would not go back.

The pool was broken and the help or information was non existent Room gave me filthy feet, see my photo taken after 30 mins of checking in and my check in was painfully later than I’d been told. Booking.com also didn’t really help! Left alone by both Hotel and Booking.com Not a happy place

We stayed here for 6 nights with Porta Ventura park tickets included. There was 4 in our family, 2 adults and 2 kids, 13 & 9 years old. I can honesty say we had an amazing holiday! We could not fault the hotel at all, our room was great and cleaned daily. We had a view of the apartment block at the back of the hotel and a little bit of the pool but this didn’t bother us at all. We did have a leak one night after my daughter had a shower but housekeeping and maintenance were at the room within 10 mins sorting it. Having soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom was a bonus, meant we didn’t need to pack as much toiletries. The food was lovely and we didn’t have one bad meal and we were not ill once after eating in the restaurant and we ate there everyday. I was actually very impressed with the food and choice after some of the reviews. The hot buffet is a bit small so queues did happen but go down quickly as with all the queues that other people have mentioned. The pool was great and with a good atmosphere. Porta Ventura was amazing!! We had a fantastic 2 days here and found the price of the food/drink was very reasonable compared to other theme/holiday parks in the UK. We used the transfer bus to the park which was very handy and prompt. All the staff were lovely and they all work so hard. Can’t be easy looking after so many guests at the one time. We managed to catch 2 of the acts that were on at night, a magician and an act called gravity. Both were very good and my daughters loved them, in fact we all did. We also joined in with the music quiz another night, run by the entertainment staff and that was so much fun as well. Thank you for such a lovely holiday and we are hoping to return next October as the temperature was just lovely (despite the little bit of rain) and didn’t find it overly busy which I think in the summer it would be a different story.
