El hotel era precioso y el personal muy agradable en todo momento.

El tema de la comida, siempre era lo mismo en el buffet y tampoco había gran variedad de productos y la calidad era la que era, bastante escasa. Pagas un Todo Incluido super caro y al final acabas por no comer nada porque o estas en el parque o la variedad siempre es la misma. Aparte de que los horarios no son muy compatibles con los horarios de Port Aventura, si estas en el parque hasta el cierre que quedas sin cenar porque al llegar ya se pasó la hora de cenas y no hay ninguna otra opción, por lo que pagas un todo incluido para terminar pidiendo y pagando una pizza a domicilio. Si son un hotel asociado a Port Aventura deberían de tener esas cosas en cuenta. Yo trabajo en un hotel de 4 estrellas, la misma categoría, y tenemos la opción de hacer cenas frias y dejarlas en la habitación si los huéspedes no llegan a cenar al buffet y al menos no se quedan sin cenar.

Went all inclusive for 7 nights at the end of October. In terms of value for money this place wins. Staff are an absolute credit to the place, most speak fluent english too. Foods your usual all inc buffet, bit hit or miss but always something to eat. The whole hotel is very well kept, hotel maids were in daily. Two days passes for portaventura were included in the price, only went once but we'll worth it. Pools on the cold side but never stopped my kids. Evening entertainment was alright.

Well Where do we start . We turned up to the hotel after flying from Leeds Bradford Airport at 9am and arrived at the hotel after a 2 hour flight at just after 12 o clock. Our Room was ready so after paying the holiday tax ,went straight upto our room .. Which was light bright modern with a Pool view . The Room had a large double bed and a Queen size bed for our 11 year old daughter,great size with a modern Bathroom as well After unpacking we popped down for lunch which was a buffet style hot food and a good selection of breads, salads and Desserts. All in all very tasty and well presented . During our holiday we found the hotel Staff to be very pleasant and always smiling . We regularly joined in the fun daily entertainment which was on offer ..Bingo..Darts ..shuffleboard ..MysicvQuiz...and found the Entertainment Staff as it said on there shirts the happy team very happy our 2 favourites Bellin..and Andria went well above what you would expect from entertainment staff and made my Daughters holiday . The negative reviews about Queues getting into the dining room were mostly caused by the Diners finishing there meals and just walking away from dirty tables. Help the Staff who work really hard by stacking your plates up and so speeding up service . Great hotel .. Great Location ...Great Entertainment..Great staff ..

Les navettes et aucune reconnaissance sur le fait d'une mauvaise organisation pas d'excuse sur les faits Devoir était laissé en bord de route et attendre des heures la navette !!et aucun geste commercial de leurs parts !!!alors oui très dessus
