Please note that this property is located on a hill, which may cost problems for guests with mobility issues. The hotel is located in the heart of the forest on a mountain, surrounded by picturesque landscapes, just a 7-minute walk from the town of Bad Münstereifel and a 5-minute walk from the train station. De omgeving,parking voor de deur.Mooi stadje.Ontbijt was in orde.

Badkamer verouderd en berekoud. Koud in de kamer ondanks radiator die voluit stond. Koffie was niet goed bij het ontbijt liever expresso voor die prijs van 17€.Hotel is met de auto moeilijk te bereiken als het vriest en sneeuwt...

Das Personal war mega nett. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Fernseher, was prompt gelöst wurde. Das Frühstück was man zusätzlich buchen konnte, konnte sich echt sehen lassen.. Man hat mit sehr viel liebe das Frühstück zubereitet. Auf dem Fotos ist leider das große Bad nicht zu sehen. Was auch sehr sauber war.. Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag, es sei denn man wollte es nicht..

Außergwöhnlich freundliches Personal mit Sinn für Details (begrüßung, Frühstück) Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Mobiliar), was aber zur Lage und zur Geschichte des Hauses passt. Alles sehr sauber und mit Charme.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen das Waldhotel gerne weiter! Einfacher Standard, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück. Kurzer Fußweg (Berg) in das Zentrum. Parkplatz vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
