They charged me an extra 56 euros for the stay, tried claiming I did not pay full price even though I had the bank statement & booking confirmation to prove this. The man on reception said I would be able to refund it the following day however reception wasn’t open until 3pm (check out was at 10am) I then contacted the number and the staff were very rude saying I didn’t pay full price even though I had sent them bank statements & proof of the payments.
