Salle de bains très propre mais un peu vieillissante

We were touring the Parma region and decided to stay outside the city of Parma. which is about 8/10 km away. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, yet is in a park setting. We were booked for one night and we could tell the hotel was empty...off season. I m sure many go there for the thermal pools and the hotel's wellnessSpa during the summer season. With not so many guests, we were given a small room overlooking the roofs of buildings! Not very pleasing to the eyes! The drapes were hanging off the wall in the corner of the room...again not very pleasing ! Remember...the hotel was rather empty!! We decided to eat at the restaurant that evening, the menu featured many of the typical Tuscan selections. Food and service was average especially since there was only one other table being served. Our breakfast the next morning was a wonderful surprise...( that is why it got an average rating)it offered many options...breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts and many pastries and muffins. Even with the breakfast, I am sure we will not be returning.

Nach einer langen Autofahrt war ein Bad im warmen Wasser der Therme des Hotel delle Rose herrlich. Das Hotel ist nett und sauber und liegt in einem schönen Park. Auch die Angestellten sind freundlich und hilfsbereich. Die Gäste sind eher ältere Leute die hier einen Kuraufenthalt gebucht haben. Wir haben nur eine Nacht da verbracht und sind dann weiter in die Toskana gefahren.Im Ort selber ist nichts los und es ist sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum von Parma ist jedoch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Meget udmærket hotel med god spa afdeling med saltvands pools og forskellige sauna og dampbade. Spa afdelingen er kun åbent fra 10 til 19. Restauranten er udmærket, men bærer præg af at all spa gæsterne spiser her. Wi-Fi forbindelsen fungerede meget dårligt, så det er ikke det bedste valg for den forretningsrejsende.

I boked one night in this Best Western Hotel. They had a very nice breakfast, good internet connection. I felt very well there and can recmmend it! Only (little bit) sad thing - the opening hour from the pool are to short in the evening.

On the 7th leg of our September trip we stayed at the Best Western Hotel Della Rosa in Parma Italy, The hotel was easy to find with good parking, the hotel is very nice with friendly reception staff and the bar staff were nice, but that's where it ends. We went down for dinner at 8 o clock and were treated like aliens, we had to wait for ages to be seated then treat like muck by the head waiter, just as I was about to start my second course he asked me to sign the bill I informed him that I was not finished and we would require the dessert menu when the second course was over and we would also require coffee or tea etc but he insisted I sign it there and than, when it can to dessert there was no menu available only ice cream and tiramisu, we have never been treated so badly in any hotel restaurant in any of the countries we have visited. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

If you have not asked all the questions before you book, you will be surprised when you arrive in a wheelchair, that you cannot use the regular hotel pool, so you have to wait if you are allowed to use the term all pool during the hours they tell you , if you find out standing g in front of closed doors in your bathing cloth.!!!! Also you cannot use the big bubble hotel pool with wheelchai, but they accept your money in full for the things they do not tell you!,, this is unfair and therefore the hotel is no recommendation for foreign wheelchair guests!!! PPP

In un grande complesso termale con acqua salso bromo iodica, immerso in un bel giardino, camere pulite confortevoli con idromassaggio.

Hotel collegato alle terme di Monticelli,posizionate in centro paese ed inserito in parco secolare. Stanze insonorizzate, pulite con TV 32",scrivania, wi-fi, box doccia piccolo. Nel costo camera, colazione, utilizzo 2 piscine, idromassaggi, palestra, sauna, bagno turco. A pagamento la beauty con prezzi però 1 po'alti.Consigliato a tutti: coppie, famiglie e singoli.

Un hotel vieillissant comprenant un beau complexe thermal, mais les chambres sont à rénover et l'accueil est vraiment froid!
