"Perfect location next to the beach"

8.0

Charming and relaxing and a great location just steps from the beach. We stayed 8 nights in the bungalows at Casa Suaya. The bungalows were charming, but need a little more maintenance. The swimming-pool area is very nice and this part of the beach is very quiet. A place for relaxation. But the best part of our stay was the welcoming and service minded guys in the reception: Lucas, Raul and all Gigi - they were ever so helpful and made this a perfect holidays for our family. Our only complaint is the restaurant - the food was far below expectation. But there are plenty of very good restaurants in the neighbourhood - just ask Lucas and Raoul at the reception and they will make a reservation for you :)

"VERY POOR SERVICE"

4.0

I stayed at this hotel the nights of 27/28 january 2015. Service is very slow, breakfast poor and with limited options, no towels by the pool, connectivity to WI FI is complicated, interrupted and slow. BEWARE, price/service relation here is well below standards.

"The perfect getaway!! (pro tip: get the suite)"

10.0

I've traveled to 90+ countries, and this was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Decorated in a bohemian hippy chic (not my personal aesthetic, but it worked). 10 feet of floor to ceiling wrap around glass looking out over the sand dunes, the beach and the ocean. You could walk the beach for a mile and not see another person. Restaurant food was underwhelming (surprising since the hotel is owned by a restauranteur), so I would skip that in favor of some of the great restaurants a few miles away in town. If you want a romantic/relaxing trip where you do nothing and see nobody, it doesn't get much better than this.

"No vale lo que cuesta"

6.0

"Beautiful during the day. Magical nights."

10.0

The room was spacious and modern but very cozy. Jose Ignacio's environment is breathtaking and Casa Suaya does a great job providing top accommodation that adapts perfectly to the natural, magical vibe. The amenities are perfect and the staff was amazing to us. We had an incredible time, I recommend Casa Suaya all the way.

"Forget a winter visit!"

2.0

Hotel is not prepared to receive guests during the cold season. SO COLD! Room was even colder than outside. And for 350 USD a night, I feel like being robbed. Must be closed during winter

"Hotel com arquitetura bem interessante "

6.0

"Great View"

10.0

We stayed at this hotel from April 17-21, 2014. Our room had an ocean view and it was amazing! The room was very specious and comfortable. Unfortunately, our fireplace was not working which was very disappointing. Also, we went at the end of the high season and the hotel's restaurant was closed. Also, a lot of the near by restaurants were closed. Note, if you go any time after/ before their summer (Dec - March) a lot of the restaurants and shops will be closed.

"Great people and great service."

10.0

We came at the end of high season, so there was some staff change-over, but everyone there was amazing. Great chatting with locals and getting to know some of the local hidden gems. So close to the ocean and just a short beautiful walk down the beach to the hot bed... You'll know what we mean.
