City Center Hotel

Fantastic location. Very helpful staff. Nicely appointed room.

Nice rooms and good restaurant.

The first room we got smelt like fish so we asked to change. The staff seemed a little surprised and speculated that “maybe it’s because of the fish factory” as if it was the first time they heard this complaint The second room we got was great

We had a wonderful stay at the City Center hotel. We were given 3 rooms on the 5th floor; the rooms were very clean and comfortable with great views. Mel at the front desk was extremely kind, accommodating and welcoming. Mel took wonderful care of us and provided many helpful tips. The location of this hotel is so convenient. We were able to walk to shops, museums and restaurants. Parking is a little tricky, but overall our family had a great time. Bonus we got to meet the famous Baktus:) Thank you Mel for going above and beyond. We will definitely be back. The Pena Family

Waronika was super helpful, very good. As were all the staff.

Alcuni oggetti in camera sono da rinnovare (wc), mancano dei mobili contenitore per gli abiti e gli oggetti personali e deve essere migliorata la pulizia nelle camere.

Ottima posizione. Staff gentile e reattivo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camere piccoline ma dotate di tutto il necessario per soggiornare qualche notte

Great location, staff, room, communication. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beds could have been firmer, but I slept well despite the softness.
