Хотелось бы сказать, что проживание в отеле оставило приятные воспоминания, очень хороший и качественный сервис от персонала. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый.

Ordinary hotel for a budget business trips. Fits for least cases when Grand is not allowed by company due to budget or compliance issues. Breakfast - below average. Service - average. Iron is located on the floor at the end of it. Common for the hole floor!

Отель хороший, новый, компактный. Расположен в центре города. Рядом гипермаркет и торговый центр. Номер хороший, только кровать слишком мягкий и неудобно спать )). В остальном все норм. Бесплатный завтрак шведский стол. Еда просто супер, все было очень вкусно и цена приемлемая. И самое главное в этом отеле я встретил Тихонова легенду Спартака. Сфотографировался с ним. Вобщем доволен выбором этого отеля. )))

Приятно удивил набор в ванной комнате из туалетных т принадлежностей.Был даже бритвенный станок с пеной для бритья.

Service is good. Staff is polite and responsive. Breakfast is good but it would be great if some national/local cuisine is in breakfast menu. Hotel is quite in spit of location which is close to train station. Hotel is located very close to the biggest mall in Astrakhan.

Отель чистый, это его единственный плюс. Отель 4 звезды в котором в ванной комнате со слов горничной не предусмотрены туалетные принадлежности. И таблички типа " давайте экономить воду и стиральный порошок, поэтому полотенец только два и те не меняли, а пастельное - так вообще и говорить не чего. Так и хочется сказать. Но когда я заселяюсь в 4 звезды я хочу думать о комфорте а не об экономии.

Have stayed here in the summer, +42 outside, it was comfortably cool inside. Very reliable and attentive service, good placement, though it's near the train and bus station, you don't hear any noise. The Restaurant is not bad. Internet is free and quite good (you can pay extra for a faster connection). Multi-language speaking stuff.

I stayed here because it seemed to be the best deal in terms of value for money based on tripadvisor comments. Location: yes, many have pointed out that there is both a bus and the train station just in front of the hotel. I did. It did not experience any problems from this. The main sights are 3km away. On foot it is perfectly fine. The hotel has a shuttle to the city, but it only goes at night 20:00 to 23:00. Not sure what that really does to a visitor. There's a good shopping mall in front of the hotel. The hotel: it is dated from the lobby and the hallways. The carpets are not too spotless either. The elevators sound like they're diesel powered. As I went to the room I was thinking "oh boy what is it going to be...". Well the room (standard) is perfectly ok. Positives: good bed. Ok bathroom. Clean room, internet slow but works over wifi everywhere. Flat screen TV and OK choice of international channels. You get one small water bottle per day. No coffee or tea or kettle. Negatives: the ac is not adjustable, or the control is only for show. Basically it's set at 24c and that is it. When set on "high", you get that feeling you're in an airplane. There's an empty fridge but if you need a minibar it means superior room (30% more money) where you also get faster internet. Good and drinks: good food. Super sweet service too. Breakfast buffet is fine. Ask if you need expresso coffee. For the drinks, better be patient, not thirsty - and rich: The bar service is poor and erratic at best. Not a good place to sit either. As far as bar prices, well it is very high. Better to go to the mall next door and get whatever you want from there - and make use of the empty fridge in the room. Same for water. Service: everybody's nice and really helpful (except for the bar). Foreigners will feel ok here. Would I stay here again? Probably yes. It's a good 3 star not more. The price is maybe due to the fact that it is a larger city. But I stayed in B&B in small cities in Russia, that charge half the money for same or better package.

ParkIn Astrakhan is always my first choice to stay in Astrakhan. Staff is very helpful, hotrl is clean, facilities are enough and the location is easily reachable to anywhere in the city

Stayed here with a group driving through Russia. The hotel is in a good location with a great supermarket just across the road. It's a very busy area with a bus station adjacent. Rooms were good and meals were fine. Breakfast included a good selection of foods so all tastes were covered. One of our party celebrated their birthday there and a birthday cake was provided. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Car park was suitable for off road vehicles as they are parked in front of the hotel.
