Stealing, I came their put my car valet, and with feeling of safe my car will be parked and things in car will be safe. Staff steal my sun goggles. Pathetic never will visit this place. First time i am experience this in 5 rated hotel. No body ready to acknowledge? I can get new that's not issue but trust lost in holy place by your service.

Nothing as such. Probably, Free Drop off vehicle drivers riding superfast & not wearing seatbelts.

The huge spacious layout and the small temples dotting the property. Focus is on Spirituality which is nice. Food at the Ananda restaurant was good. The complimentary pick up and drop was very efficient. We took multiple trips to the temple drop off point and service was excellent except for one particular driver who drove a Tata electric car on the night trip of Day 1 - July 23rd at 11 pm, who must have been an F1 driver previously. Take the car keys off his hands ASAP before he does some serious harm.

The room tariff is way too high for the quality of room and the cleanliness. The rooms smell and has poor ventilation. The rooms could have been much better with some love and care and refurbishment. The sofas are not cleaned and there is lot of dust accumulation. Bathroom ventilation is very poor. It could have been a much better property if the management puts more effort into its cleanliness. It is a lack of attention to detail that needs to be addressed. Breakfast was lousy. Very strict check out times. Had to pay 1000 rs extra for check out at 2 pm.
