Location and overall the rooms

Only the price is I think expensive

only the turkish coffee in the adult lounge and the service at the el carte restuarant (but not the buffet, beacause the staff there were terrible)

the staff at the restuarant were unpleasant (not all of then but the majority). if you are not Turkish or do not speak Turkish, they are ignorant!!! we were supposed to have a vacation and relax there, but that was not what we felt at all. we were so frustrated. Add to this, we had a suite for 2,600€ for three nights which was not worth even less than half the price.

i would like to thank Mr Mohammed and the awesome lady Zeynep for welcoming us with a big smile and help us with everything we need or want. they are always there to help us in anything we want or need. and about the property, the pools were excellent for both children and adults.. the restaurant ( breakfast/ tea time/ dinner) were excellent and a lot of food and all kind of sweets, meat, chicken, vegetables etc.. also the people working there were so good.

the weather was a bit hot during our stay, therefore the AC doesn’t work very well.. other than this.. everything was perfect
