Really good for the price

Very good location. Very quiet with a comfortable bed and good shower

Great room with all the amenities we needed inside. Really likes the coffee maker that was in the reception area. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay. The tram stop was only 1 minute away

The apartment was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the small balcony with table and chairs. The staff were universally very pleasant and helpful.

This is marketed as a serviced apartment. We checked in on Christmas Eve, and were informed that there would be no service the next day, Christmas Day. That is understandable. However, there was no service at all during our 5-night stay; the bin filled to overflowing,and the bathmat had to be hung out on the balcony to dry every day because the shower leaks badly. On the penultimate day of our stay, I spotted the small-font sign next to the lift, informing that there was no service on public holidays and weekends, which encompassed our entire stay. It advised that rubbish could be brought down to the bin room on the ground floor. This was not what I paid for. I believe this complete lack of service for these dates should have been made clear at the outset, and the price discounted to reflect that, for this period, this was not a serviced apartment.
