I was a little worried after reading the comments but my stay was great! It was a nice clean room, and the staff was friendly. They did not offer shampoo though, but the room service was delivered every day, never ran out of anything. Definitely worth the stay.
We ended up staying at the same hotel for concerts on back to back weekends. As luck would have it, we ended up in the same room. The staff was very friendly and the cost was good. But the room was very basic.
Rooms need some work. Staff very pleasant especially Nina. Shower starts out ok them water temp changes from warm to extremely hot constantly. Must keep handle down on toilet to flush. Rooms have a musty smell to them. Location for the music festival was fabulous.
Great location for beach trip!
The Sea Breeze in Ocean City was dirty, run down, and moldy! The woman working the front desk was rude! We tried to check in early and the woman working the front desk asked for my card for incidentals, which they charged us for a chair that was already broken, according to miserable woman we should have inspected the room prior to checking out! The sheets are yellow and the 1st floor looks like a homeless shelter!
The night shift staff was terrible and rude made me feel unwanted and like she had a problem with me and I’m a people person it was sad to see how she was treating me, on the other hand the first shift staff (kimberly) was an amazing person and very pleasant to deal with, gave me a smile right away to let me know she was open to conversation not like that lady from the night time she was looking at me with distain in her eyes and ridicule on the lips. If u need to stay just make sure it’s not at night time because u better beware that night time lady…..
Shower water temperature fluctuated badly it was either scaling hot or freezing cold, there was no in between. The parking spaces were very small, be prepared for your vehicle to have new dings, dents, scratches. The staff are not available 24/7, there’s a number to contact them but good luck trying to actually get ahold of someone. Staff are very rude, had a party of 3 and was limited to 2 towels. Sharing is caring, but that’s pushing the limits. Mold found by AC unit and bathroom. WiFi was awful and was unable to work from the room. Electrical outlets were far and few in between. Had to unplug the microwave just so my phone could charge. The other convenient outlet did not work. The TV did not work properly, was very old and needed TLC for it to half function. Floor was carpeted and it felt grimy. Highly recommended wearing something on your feet at all times, especially in the shower. Only thing that was a positive was the low price, but knowing what we know now we would have stayed somewhere else.
