Unser Aufenthalt im Palazzo della Scala hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Der SPA-Bereich lässt praktisch keine Wünsche offen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Frühstück überzeugt mit einer grossen Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeitenden. Sie waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zudem ist die Lage ideal. Das Zentrum befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel und alles lässt sich bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Genau so stellt man sich einen entspannten Aufenthalt vor. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Einen kleinen Punkt möchten wir dennoch anmerken. Sämtliche Handtücher wurden täglich ersetzt, auch wenn dies aus unserer Sicht nicht nötig gewesen wäre. Es würde vollkommen genügen, nur jene Tücher auszutauschen, die auf dem Boden liegen. Das wäre nachhaltiger und die Umwelt würde davon profitieren. Zudem empfehlen wir, in der Tiefgarage zusätzliche Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge bereitzustellen. Die Zahl der Gäste, die mit einem E-Auto anreisen, dürfte in Zukunft weiter steigen.

"Super Auszeit im wunderschönen zentral gelegenem Hotel"

Frühstück war super, besonders die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; Unser Zimmer war wieder spitze, viel Platz und definitiv das beste Bett "EVER" in Italien; Matratze und Kissen einfach perfekt! Lage des Hotels kann nicht übertroffen werden; in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum / Hafen.

Zimmerservice (Reinigung) war etwas kompliziert und nicht ganz klar wann wie wer kommt.

"Wir können es zu 100 Pro weiterempfehlen ! Top"

Es hat ein Parkplatz der groß und gut ist . Und auch unser Zimmer war einfach top . Das Spa ist super und auch wenn man Kinder hat ist das Hotel top. Hatten dort auch ne Behandlung gebucht war eine 10/10 👍 Hunde sind willkommen , auch dürfen sie ins Restaurant rein .
