Quarto muito amplo e confortável. Equipe muito amável e eficiente. Café da manhã muito bom. Bons drinks no bar, bartender muito smpático e agradável. Excelente localização. O hotel é muito aconchegante.

A única coisa que melhoraria é o fato de não haver porta para o banheiro completo, apenas a cabine com o vaso sanitário tem porta, a ducha e a pia ficam abertos. É um pouco incômodo isto, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estada.

I got an upgrade for free, early check-in and free breakfast! Room was spacious

We couldn’t get bottles of water after 11 pm, under-bed was full of dust, sheets and towels were wet and humid (not properly dried)
