"unfortunately we chose a Sunday when there were no staff available"

it was clean

there was no one to greet us. the hotel was deserted. no facility to make a hot drink and the entire town was closed up. I had not received responses to two messages about space to keep our bikes.

"Disappointing is an understatement."

Location

They did not reply to multiple emails before our stay. Dingy, small, hot room. Dinner was poor. Asparagus tough, but not as tough as the faux filet which I didn’t finish. Asked to pay in cash so he could pay his staff for an event on Sunday. I didn’t.

This hotel is in a central location in Rochechuart. The hotel kindly stored our bikes safely overnight. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was brilliant. Everything a cyclist could want!
