I don’t even know where to begin because everything exceeded my expectations. This is the definition of a true vacation because, if you don’t want to, you never have to leave the hotel. It has everything – from a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel (and our room) to very clean swimming pools that children absolutely love. The food is traditional and feels as if you are staying with friends in Greece. The selection is not always equally extensive, but there is always at least one meal that you will truly enjoy. The people are wonderful, genuine, and always smiling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have large bathrooms. It’s crazy to me that some people say the beach is dirty. The beach is never dirty – sometimes the waves bring in seaweed and stones, but as soon as the sea calms down, everything is perfect again.

Just the fact that we couldn't swim every day because of the waves. Again, that has nothing to do with hotel - June is like that in Crete.

Una struttura da sogno, bellissima per un periodo di relax, ma anche con spunto di partenza per visitare Creta. Il personale davvero squisito, tutti, nessuno escluso! Dal personale di sala, a quello delle pulizie, a quello della reception. Ogni richiesta o necessità è sempre stata accolta e gestita con il sorriso. Se tornerò a Creta andrò sicuramente di nuovo qui. Расположение и пляж, всегда есть лежаки у моря и бассейна, вкусная еда в ресторане, чистота в номере и приятный персонал.

I don't know what criteria are used to award stars to hotels. This hotel is a 10 out of 10! We had a room with a sea view on the first floor. The room was clean. Housekeeping every day, towels replaced even when we didn't ask. The grounds are clean, the sea is close, plenty of sunbeds. There are few people — maybe because it's June. The sea water is warm. The most amazing thing is the food! So delicious! So varied! I don't have enough words to describe this delight! Very tasty! The staff is kind! Responsive! Everyone is so nice!! This is a wonderful place. I recommend it!!!

The only downside of this location is the deep sea. Not an option for families with children. The beach is rocky. Footwear is a must. But this doesn't apply to the hotel. Just useful information. We knew about this before we arrived.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Kühlschrank vorhanden.
