Breakfast very nice. Lots of choice. About our fourth visit to this hotel.

Need instructions on how to use coffee machine in room.

Couldn't really fault anything

Great location as a stop over or if you want to explore the area. Excellent restaurant, so no need to drive to nearby town over the river. Amazing view over the Loire with panoramic view of town on north side. Good continental breakfast - and a juicer to squeeze your own fresh orange juice.

We would have appreciated a kettle in room to make a cup of tea and we had to ask for some milk. However, there was a microwave and coffee machine.

This hotel was perfect for us for an overnight stay. We had a very warm welcome when we checked in. Our room had great views looking out over the Loire. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It even had a fridge and a microwave. Dinner here was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Our bikes were housed overnight in a bike store behind the hotel and the car park gates were locked overnight. Breakfast was lovely especially the freshly cooked omelette. Highly recommended.

It was not what I expected. It must be better than this to have received such good reviews. No bar, no restaurant, no welcome, no staff! I stayed in 7 different hotels this week, and this was the worst. No facilities at all. Very disappointed.
