الموظفون لا يتكلمون العربيه رغم اننا في دوله عربيه الارضيات كانت سيراميك قديم ولا يوجد سجاد للارضيات الموسيقى تعمل في جميع انحاء الفندق وهذا سبب لنا ازعاج قلة المواقف وضيق المكان الكافي اسعاره فلكيه لابعد درجه الخدمات المعلنه في بوكينق مغايره مثل غرف المساج والساونا لم تكن موجوده
