Baia Delle Palme Beach

Apartment was amazing. It was really close to the beach and the pool was amazing, especially for the kids. Nice small bar where you could enjoy coffee or quick snack. Staff were really friendly and helpful

No Wi-Fi , so if you need to be on internet you needed to use your data. If you would like to go out for a dinner you needed to drive to Pula or somewhere else, because there were no restaurants around it was located near to the beach but out of town. But if you get use to it it’s awesome. We have really enjoyed it there. It was quite and peaceful.

It was a very peaceful and pretty location. The pool was a bit far away and there wasn't really a beach bar there as advertised, just a little cafe that wasn't open very often, so it's not sociable as hoped. The beach was very pretty and close to the villa, but we didn't have a view of it as advertised as there was a fence blocking the view. The villa was comfortable but could do with a few more kitchen items eg a grater and a kettle. We did not have instructions for the microwave oven so could not use it. It's is a remote location so you definitely need a car to get from place to place.

The pool area and the pool itself are very nice.

One word summary: terrible, do not book. Let's start with some explanation regarding the object as there are actually two. There is Baia Delle Palme Beach and Baia Delle Palme Residence. The Beach version is about 500metres away from the Residence which is the main one. Baia Delle Palme Beach as the name suggests is just at the beach but definitely not worth: - it's an old building which is really gloomy. Truly deserves refurbishment. Just check the real pictures and compare to the Photoshop boosted version in the offer. - ants colony inside. Terrible, they are everywhere. - old broken furnitures - poor kitchen equipment. Microwave and dish washer was listed on the list of utensils but apparently someone forgot to install - stinky AC When arrived we wanted to leave immediately but the hotel refused to refund. Instead we were offered a room in the Baia Delle Palme Residence. They said they had only one apartment free for 2 persons with one bedroom. We stayed there (4 persons), but again the hotel refused to return the price difference (the booking was made for 2 bedrooms in the first place). Not fair and this is not how hospitality should look like. Basically we lost a lot of holiday time to resolve this situation :( You may think - if it's so bad than how it's possible the Baia Delle Palme Beach has such positive reviews and good overall rating. So the reviews and ratings are inherited from Baia Delle Palme Residence. This object is a different story. Quite nice and worth recommending. I think in the past they were offered as one and then split - that's what I think. If you look for nice holidays experience - really, go somewhere else. Baia Delle Palme Beach does not offer that :( We raised an issue with booking.com and received a nice refund for future bookings. Thanks for that.

kitchen poorly equipped, inside and balcony had very uncomfortable wooden chairs. no tv. NO INTERNET! no wifi-no 4G in the apartment no information about opening hours bar at pool (mostly closed) small bathroom. noisy (neighbors and a dog from permanent residents on park) cleaning: not. we received a bag with new sheets and towels after 7 days to do it ourselves. very oldfashioned, poorly equipped. beach nearby but not for swimming.

Great pool, nice rooms, but unfortunately being asked 20€ to change a single towel, insisting that it was in the conditions when it is not, will probably stay in our minds more than anything.

Equipements, litterie et sanitaires à revoir. Piscine et cadre exceptionnels. Tranquillité et calme assurés.

Premetto che in un attimo ti trovi catapultata in uno spettacolare giardino di enormi palme, prati verdi e tante, romantiche casette colorate. Giardino bellissimo!! E poi salta all’occhio una meravigliosa piscina di acqua salata, comoda per nuotatori esperti ma sicura con lo spazio per i bambini. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale con angolo cottura, completo di tutto. Bagno enorme con finestra ed un letto comodissimo. Climatizzatore funzionante (e necessario viste le temperature!!). La titolare, gentilissima, sempre pronta a dare consigli e informazioni, come anche tutto il suo staff. Molto agriturismi e ristoranti in zona, ma è consigliabile avere la macchina per spostarsi (o scooter). La spiaggia vicino al residence non è bellissima, ma è suggestiva per le passeggiate di prima mattina come piace fare a noi. Le spiagge di Chia si raggiungono in 20 minuti di auto. Il sito archeologico di Nora, in 5 minuti di auto. Consigliatissimo tutto. Ci torneremo!

Väldigt fin anläggning med en härlig pool. Ligger bra och nära många fina stränder och restauranger.
