Spacious room. friendly staff and great breakfast. I will definitely book at the Bosavern in future.

Prachtige uitzicht! Mooie kamers aan het zwembad wat zeker aan te raden is. Leuke verwelkoming! Na het lekkere ontbijt was onze auto gewassen. Heel behulpzaam. Nog lekker kunnen gaan eten (met de wagen)

Beautiful views, kind and helpful staff, excellent sized rooms

The hotel is slightly inside the area, but overall it’s still a decent location. Almost all rooms have balconies where smoking is permitted. However, due to poor ventilation, smoke can enter the room. Despite smoking being allowed, we were questioned about this issue, and the interaction with management was rude and unprofessional. The property itself is quite small and feels more like staying in a room within a large villa rather than a hotel or guest house. Sound travels easily through the walls, and there is very little privacy, as noise from the corridors can be clearly heard. Breakfast was not a buffet and was instead prepared by the staff. Having stayed at several other places across South Africa, this breakfast was comparatively not very good. Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely overshadowed any positives. We were approximately 30–40 minutes late checking out. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner himself came to the door, banged on it aggressively, and shouted at my girlfriend and me. I have never experienced such behaviour at any hotel before. When I explained that we were finishing packing our bags, he responded with extreme disrespect, saying things like, “I don’t care, you have five minutes.” While most of the staff were genuinely kind and friendly, the owner appears to be involved in the day-to-day operations and does not reflect the same attitude. This review is based purely on facts, and I gain nothing from writing it. I would not recommend staying here unless you absolutely have no other option.

Tolle Lage und super nettes Personal. Die Kayaks die frei zur Verfügung stehen sind auch ein cooler Bonus.

sehr sauber und modern Die Zubereitung des Frühstücks ist sehr persönlich…

Wenn man beim Frühstücken großen Hunger hat und Verschiedenes essen möchte muss man das extra zahlen. Das sollte bei der Preisklasse nicht sein.
