Check in was easy, and its close to restaurants and the beach.

The Bathroom needs a deep clean, and the two rolls of toilet paper without extra was disappointing for the amount charged. All windows look out to other appartments entrances, so there is no privacy with the blinds open, and the double door windows look out to the street with no privacy curtains or opaqued glass on the balcony to privatise the living space from passers by without closing the heavy curtains.

Dishwasher dispenser broken, wouldn't click to keep powder inside so when you closed door, the powder fell out and didn't wash dishes Dryer inside was very jaggered, so didn't wash my clothes and there wasn't any were to hang washing

While the location is genuinely good, the number of issues we encountered overshadowed this completely. The apartment had several maintenance and cleanliness problems. The white towels were stained, the air conditioner was mouldy and emitted an unpleasant smell, and the cooker didn’t work—particularly frustrating for a self-catering property where basic kitchen facilities should be reliable. Even making a simple morning coffee became difficult. Cleanliness was also a concern. We found cockroaches in the apartment, and the overall upkeep felt neglected. The sliding door was extremely difficult to lock, adding to the feeling that the property wasn’t properly maintained. Although the website states there is no internet, the presence of an internet box in the room was confusing and gave the impression there might be a connection available, yet nothing worked or was explained. Trying to get help from reception was impossible. We went down several times throughout the day, but the desk was always unattended and the doorbell had even been removed, leaving no way to contact anyone. This lack of support made us feel unwelcome and as though any issues were simply an inconvenience to the property rather than something they were willing to assist with. Noise was also a problem. Doorbells and other disturbances were frequent, and works began around 7:30am without any notice to guests. On one morning, the water was even cut off mid-shower with no warning at all. Basic provisions were lacking too. For a week-long stay with three guests, only a small amount of toilet paper was provided, and a sign at reception stated that no extra toilet paper would be supplied. Although a shop is nearby, you would expect at least a bit more consideration for longer stays. We’re an easy-going family and rarely complain, but the combination of poor maintenance, limited support, and lack of basic amenities made our stay difficult and disappointing.
