Room was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. Reception staff we're friendly and efficient. The bathroom and toilet where or more modern construction and was sufficient.

Lamp in room didn't work, The "Guest Wi-Fi" was unusable to even watch YouTube, The fridge setting was so warm the inbuilt top freezer part was dripping water, The Car Park were way to small, plus either other guest or permanent residents would park over two car parks.

The staff are so friendly & caring, I asked for some new toiletries & they gave me clean towels & bath mats,spoon's & mugs without waiting for me to ask

I only got room service the 2nd day I was there, I left my door unlocked so they could change the bedding the next morning when I went out but it didn't get changed. I could've asked but room service were very busy so I didn't mind that much
