Location was great. Right next to the tram line and the AusGP which was what I was primarily there for. Despite having the street after party set up right outside for the AusGP, surprisingly the noise was not so much an issue (it was loud, but not disturbing- at least for me). Also, the towels were so soft and big and the toiletries supplied were great (S+C and Hand Wash). Staff were friendly and helpful as well and the in person check in process was very easy. I liked the aesthetic of the place and it looked well kept and clean.

I found the online pre check in was a bit difficult to manage and I had trouble completing it. This wasn't much of a problem as the staff I talked to on the phone and over email were both very helpful in getting my booking confirmed and checked in. As there was a bar on the ground floor and it being race weekend, I found that much of the ground would be wet and sticky (probably from spilled drinks) going through the foyer trying to get to the stairs at night after the races were finished for the day. Pretty sure this is only due to it being race weekend and having the street after party set up right outside. This wasn't necessarily something I didn't like, just something I hadn't expected-- it was all well and cleaned up by the next morning (and pretty early too). The only other thing I could think of was that there wasn’t much space to hang clothes (I couldn’t find anywhere, but I may have missed the storage cupboard). This was not really an issue. Also, couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to work, but I didn’t bother asking the desk as I didn’t really need it. Pricey, but that’s probably due to the season and race weekend demand. Honestly, worth it to me because I preferred having the convenience of location for park access.

Great location, nice clean rooms, styled nicely. Perfect for what we were needing.
