First off, the front desk staff were amazing and really helpful - they made us restaurant reservations and had some good recommendations. The room was big, and comfy beds. We had a small suite as there were 3 of us and they would put the sofa bed away every day in the morning and back out in the evening. The brunch across the road was 40 EUR but was incredible and worth the money! The spa/pool/sauna across the road was an extra 15 EUR per person and again, was a great way to recover after hiking.

Parking was a bit costly given the underground car park is completely run down, and leaking water. For a fraction of the price, park in the street in front of the hotel. The pictures and the amenities section of Booking.com make it look like the swimming pool and buffet is in the Residences, but really it's at the hotel across the road, so slightly misleading (although the text does point this out) - it also doesn't mention the 15 EUR fee (per person) to use the pool/spa/sauna facilities, just 'additional charge' - so would have been good to be more up front about that.
