We arrived early our rooms were not ready as expected. The concierge had given us advice on activities and restaurants we could use. He was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and accommodating. Our room was cleaned and spotless. A good view from our floor. An excellent place to be if you want quiet and a place to rest and relax. We will definetely return on our next visit to Bogota?

To be honest, nothing. As soon as we stepped out of the Taxi, the doorman was there to take our bags and place them in the holding area until our rooms were ready. He was polite, efficient, and helpful.

I stay here often for business and this hotel never disappoint. Rooms are spacious and very clean but the best part is the employees. All of them are exceptional but Diego and Viviana are the best, always looking to help and extremely friendly. I stay at Hilton hotels all over the world and the Hilton in Bogota have the friendliest staff of them all!
