Traveled with family for three days. Overall the experience was good.. Staff was courteous and helpful. We had an issue with our washroom and our room was changed instantly. Dental & shaving kits & Hair dryer was provided on request.I would recommend staying in this hotel with your family.

"Pleasant Ambience, Scope for Improvement"

I don’t mean any offence, but I felt the food quality could definitely be improved. The service also needs better coordination and management. However, the staff members are very sweet, polite, and genuinely helpful — they are doing their best. I believe the issue lies more with the overall hotel management rather than the staff themselves. On a positive note, the ambience is pleasant and the place has good potential. With some improvements in food quality and service organisation, this could be a much better experience overall.
