Collingwood Manor

Lovely historic villa with well maintained grounds. There is a modern aircon/heatpump and ensuite attached to each comfortable guest room. Ray and Jules are very friendly and accomodating hosts and the location is superb for walking into Nelson center for restaurants etc. We enjoyed sitting and reading on the balcony in the late afternoon & evening. We will definitely be back.

It is a bueatiful building and a great locatation. Close to a supermarket and restaurants and shops. Hosts are very helpful and friendly.

Great location within 10 min walk of most of Nelson City. Excellent atmosphere made better by very friendly and attentive hosts Ray and Jules. Character historic home with the quirks of the 19th century plus the mod cons like ensuite bathrooms and r con/heat pumps. Enjoyable family style breakfast as a chance to meet other travellers staying over. Overall a great experience

Brilliant accommodation. Wonderful hosts and art to die for. The hosts couldn't have been friendly and went out of their way to make our stay just that much better. The rooms are wow and are very spacious. It's so central so getting around is easy. We would so happily stay here again and certainly plan to. Thanks

I would recommend this facility. Ray was wonderful! The place is so pretty and breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very clean and it is in walking distance from downtown.

Ray helped me get back a scarf that I dropped at a restaurant at lunch. He was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and accommodating by giving us breakfast early as we needed an early start when we left. Charming old Victorian home!
