Nice Place, food and room. Value for money.

from starting , Rude girl attendant at reception they gave me hotel room at 3:00 PM instead of 2:00 PM ( made me wait for 1 hours) other visitors were still fighting to get their rooms no toiletries was available when they gave me room, i had to ask them from housekeeping staff . bad/unhygienic towels afternoon, They have only one place to be visited in their city and hotel staff is unaware of their timings and can't concierge you for their phone number for any reservation . food court was stinking. still i get in, i found no neat table ultimately i got out and had some food in city evening they refused to give me water, as their RO was not working, and told me only 1 bisleri would be provided to you in night and another in morning i called three time to house keeping, 1 time at reception and 2 times room service, no one came to give me another bottle, for that i was willing to pay no one came to change tea cup in room 1 staff came with tea bag and milk powder in hand, he was using no trays, and gave me refill from his pockets. In short, there is no good thing in hotel and hence , i decided to check out at early in morning, i can not take such kind of service from so called business hotel

It was the most disappointed experience of mine in last so many years of my travel in various hotels. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk staff and overall management there is pathetic. I don't think they were up to the mark to manage a 3 star property.After taking some rest and seeing across the window, I realized that the room which was offered to me has a view of a cremation area just adjacent to the hotel. It further added to the frustration level .When I told them to change the room, they clearly said this is the last room they can offer. There were no rooms left. The fact was they had offered all their rooms to a group which had come on the same day without booking. There were many negatives in the room apart from the view like no tea –coffee maker which was mentioned in the hotel details when I booked the hotel, no door handle in the bathroom door, AC was not working properly, which we complaint number of times and get it rectified. Overall, it was an experience which is not to be remembered again

You won't get a better room at such a low price in Neemrana. Very pleasantly surprised with the room ambience and size. Looking at the hotel surroundings, I was expecting the worst before entering the room. But, having stayed in many 3-star hotels even outside India, the room was very clean, modern and had all basic amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Room service pretty quick and hotel staff very warm and welcoming! Go for it!

Even at this price i dont think it as value for money.. Food was below average.. Room service was very late.. U have to call twice for everything.. Bathroom shower was in very bad condition with low water supply.. Room was clean but the gallery was smelling.. View was very bad.. I would not prefer to stay at this hotel again.

the stay was good.. hotel is definately value for money and suprises you with clean and neat rooms...Hotel staff is also very cooperative and resolved all our issues promptly
