Overall, this was a great place to stay. Location is terrific. Bed was comfortable. Loved having outdoor space (shared but still really nice to have). Having a kitchenette. Was great. Also big shoutout to the manager for being so kind as to allow a late checkout. Only downfalls: expensive laundry and the need to clean things like the ceiling fans and the skylight. But overall, I would recommend

Gentlemen at reception (named Bob) was friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us great suggestions for activities and food options in Paihia. The bounty is very centrally located and easy walk to attractions,eateries and shops. The motel it self is very tired and needs a fair bit of TLC

Enjoyed our stay at The Bounty. Close to everything and the price is great. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suites which were a great size. Disappointed that one suite had air conditioning heating and the downstairs suite only had a heater.
