Localização, limpeza, tamanho do quarto.

Do chuveiro... A ducha estava completamente desregulada. A água ficava quente demais (risco de queimadura) e como era muito espalhada, não dava pra ligar de dentro do box... Uma verdadeira ginástica tomar um banho!

Atendimento, localização e limpeza.

Café da manhã com poucas opções e qualidade baixa. Banheiro abafado, sem circulação de ar e sem secador de cabelo e roupas. Horário da sauna somente a partir de 17hrs é ruim, ainda mais quando coincide com dias de chuvas, se está pago devia ser livre. Cheiro de esgoto em torno da piscina.

Das instalações de uma forma geral e do visual.

Havia um vazamento no teto, sobre a bancada da pia do banheiro e forro de gesso quebrado no banheiro e no quarto. A limpeza do box do chuveiro precisa ser melhorada.

Gostei da limpeza, do café da manhã, bem variado e da decoração.

Pouco cuidado com pequenos vazamentos e goteiras. Gostaria que as partes externas e de convivência tivessem tomadas disponíveis para computador. Fez muita falta.
