Location was amazing. Great staff

We were charged for the ‘free child’ and poor communication prior to arrival meant we had to try and make our way to the hotel ourselves from the pier. With suitcases and a child in the heat, not knowing that the walk was long, over sand and ended up with a boat ride when you actually should get picked up by the pier for free. The staff were helpful but when it came to the extra payment management said we have to sort this with booking.com and pay the venue in full. This ruined our stay would not recommend. The views are stunning, the restaurant serves lovely food and drinks but unfortunately the rooms are basic, and this two issue I mentioned above out weighed the pleasure.

Fantastic location and staff.

We booked three nights, but needed to leave one night early due to personal reasons. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a decent selection for the size of the accomodation.

We stayed in the room P1 (honeymoon suite). Unfortunately, this room is not worth the money. When we arrived the toilet flush was not working. It took the employees three (!) requests to fix it until it was actually fixed in the evening. The overall condition of the room does not match the pictures and the price of the room, a few examples: - the shower faucet fell off while using it - WIFI is not or hardly working due to bad signal (the employees said due to some rain on the island, should still not impact wifi for a 300 EUR/night room) - used up walls, switches and water stains All in all, the room is way overpriced for what it actually is, although the island and the accommodation would be a great place to stay.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern. Wir hatten nicht nur braunes Wasser, leider auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt richtig warmes / heißes Wasser. Es wird für alles eine extra Gebühr berechnet. Beispielsweise kann kann man keinen Schirm leihen, nur kaufen. Um in die Stadt zu kommen muss man das Boot für 4€ pro Person pro Strecke nehmen. Wir würden trotz der Aussicht nicht mehr hierher kommen.
