At Parkland Place B&B

Maria was a wonderfully welcoming host. The photos don’t do justice to the room which was much better than I was expecting. Bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet so we got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding - so much choice and absolutely delicious but also beautifully presented on vintage china. It was just a wonderful stay and deservedly described as luxury.

The hosts were very friendly and funny, cleanliness of the rooms were exceptional! We had such a lovely Easter morning very surprised to wake up to chocolate and so much to eat 🙂 the place is in a really cool spot with beautiful surroundings/ heaps to explore, and the hosts treated us like family would definitely recommend to stay.

Little bit far from shops would be cool to walk instead of drive but that's Allgood! The place itself is amazing you don't want to leave anyway!

The atmosphere was top-notch. Maria and her husband were very welcoming and friendly.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to meet our every need. The room was very comfortable and quiet too. We also meet others from different parts of the world, which always enriches our experiences.

This is a gem of a b&b. Maria, the owner, went out of her way to make us extremely welcome and well looked after; it felt like a home from home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a wide range of amenities and there were places inside and outside to relax. The breakfasts were also outstanding and Maria even invited our two local friends to join us one morning. The property is very quiet and in a pretty setting, being only a short stroll to a local beach and a short drive to Whitianga town centre and marina. It will be our first choice if we return to the area again.

Amazing place! Our group couldn't be happier. Maria is wonderful, the breakfast was amazing, really just great and would highly recommend to anybody staying in the area.

Maria our hostess was super friendly and incredibly accommodating. Very friendly and a lovey person to chat to. She treated us like a long time friend. The room was very luxurious and the breakfast was superb and very delicious.

The fact that we only stayed one night. Will definitely come back again.

The breakfast was superb with an excellent choice of continental and hot breakfast. The food was prepared and presented beautifully on china crockery and was freshly made by our host, Maria. The bedroom was lovely with all our needs catered for and a special chocolate treat as well. A very welcoming host in Maria who wanted to please her guests and couldn’t do enough for us. The outdoor space had lovely seating areas and looked out over the creek and landscaped gardens. A restful and peaceful place to relax.

There was nothing to dislike.
