Ótimo custo benefício! Funcionários super simpáticos, educados! Localização excelente, super próximo da rua das pedras, vista maravilhosa para praia de João Fernandes, além de um café da manhã incrível! Super indico!!!

Our stay in the Ilha Branca Inn was not so nice as we expected. Despite the good location, the room and bathroom was not clean at all and did not correspond exactly to the pictures we saw while booking. Furthermore, we had a bad experience by finding different kind of insects in our room during our stay such as spiders, bugs and ants. We also had a problem with the hot water, so we had to shower with cold one until the problem was fixed. The breakfast was not nice eiher.

This hotel is too expensive for the amenities it offers. Pros are the cleaning staff and the rooms which are very well maintained. Biggest con is the price quality relationship established as the lunch is too expensive for the zone, it is also too expensive for not being allowed to take your breakfast upstairs and it is not friendly for elders or limited mobility guests as it is a maze environment filled with stairs. Staff is ok, not exceptional but not bad either, just fine.

With it being so close to the beach, we expected a room with a view. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The view from our room was... another room.

El hotel está cerca de la playa pero es muy incómodo el acceso a las habitaciones y la atención del personal no es tan buena y las habitaciones son viejas y carecen de tecnología además de haber muchas hormigas en las habitaciones

Café da manhã maravilhoso, piscina linda, acomodações amplas e confortáveis. O único ponto negativo são as toalhas encardidas...só . O restante nota 1.000. O ligar é lindo e muito bem cuidado.

Início terrível, mas no dia seguinte às coisas foram se resolvendo. O quarto em que minha esposa e minha filha foram inicialmente acomodadas sequer deveria estar em uso. Uma noite ruim, o resto da estadia ótimo. Não média bom.

This hotel was a great surprise! Lovely, Big and charming hotel with a great location: beach at 1min walking and city center at about 10mins by car or uber which is not expensive at all! Thz breakfast was just very good with a various choice. Very good welcome: special thanks to Fabio frop the reception staff who was very helpfull with us. Just one thing, a lot of stairs and not accessible to everyone.

The hotel is well located close to the city center, close the beach the staff is super friendly and helpful. However it has so many stairs, it was horrible to carry all the bags and then I have a small baby it was really hard to carry her around.
