We only stayed here for one night, very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was number 3 at the top of the stairs, so did here people. Room was spacious, comfortable and great shower. Everything we needed. Breakfast was pre booked the day before and wasn’t great to be honest. Overall plenty of food and well presented just not to my personal liking. It’s was a gated a car park so felt safe in side the area/town it’s has lot of homeless people which is uncomfortable. Its a was a nice pleasant stay for our travels, but would honestly not come to Port Elizabeth itself.

Expedia confirmed our booking for 2 nights BUT only booked hotel for one night. We had to leave at short notice and find alternative accommodation. THis SHOULD NOT HAPPEN we reported it but have had no communication or apology from Expedia

The host was great, the board walk (and the board walk mall) and at a walking distance. The guest house had room for about 6 cars inside the fenced parking lot. Overall we enjoyed it.

Nothing

The bed was hard like a rock, although we asked 4 months before the stay for a soft matress or a soft topper. But they didn‘t even read the message… The room was freezing cold because the windows were super old and the wind came through although they were closed. The stuff was gone 5 min After we came. The boiler was super disgusting so we could not even make a tea. So we decided to leave to find another hotel for the Night. The stuff told us that his boss will contact us within 3 days (in case of a refund) But that did not happen until now.
